Program 2 equips participants with the practical tools and everyday knowledge they need to move through life with more safety, confidence, and control.

  • Travel safely using public transport (buses, trains, taxis, and rideshare)

  • Use travel concessions and Companion Cards to support independence

  • Access and manage health care (GP, dental, pharmacy, and specialist services)
