Q: How often can I use the program after I purchase it?

A: Once you purchase a program, it’s yours for life! You have unlimited participant use across your service with no additional ongoing costs.

Q: Can multiple team members use the programs?

A: Yes. Your purchase includes a multi-user license for your organisation or service. All staff within your service can use the materials.

Q: Are the programs NDIS-aligned?

A: Absolutely. Each program is designed to meet NDIS Capacity Building outcomes in areas like Daily Living, Social and Community Participation, and Emotional Wellbeing.

Q: What format are the programs delivered in?

A: All programs are delivered digitally. You’ll receive a downloadable folder containing: PowerPoint slides, A step-by-step facilitator script, Worksheets, activities, Kahoot quizzes and video links and reflection tools

Q: Do I need to do any training to run the program?

A: No training is required. Our programs are pre-built and easy to follow, even for staff with no teaching experience. Simply follow the script and enjoy engaging your participants.

A: We’re here to support you! If you have questions about content, access, or delivery, just contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Q: Are the programs inclusive for all ability levels?

A: Yes! Our content is designed to be visual, accessible, and adaptable. It works well with mixed-ability groups, individual learning styles, and support needs.

Q: Can I upgrade my package later?

A: Yes. You can upgrade from the Starter or Growth bundle to the Full Access package. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a prorated upgrade.
