Program 5 supports participants in developing a strong sense of self through practical skills like time management, communication, goal setting, and self-reflection. This program is all about helping participants grow in ways that feel achievable, meaningful, and empowering—at their own pace.

With activities that encourage self-awareness, motivation, and daily routine, this course helps participants feel more confident in who they are and how they engage with others in the world around them.

  • How to manage their time and set routines
  • How to prioritise tasks and stay on track
  • Building communication skills: speaking, listening, and body language
  • Setting and achieving personal goals using the SMART model
