NDIS Program Licensing & Use Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms under which Life Skills Better Connections (LSBC)
provides access to its programs. It applies to all users—including NDIS Providers, Support
Workers, parents/carers, schools, and community organisations, who engage with LSBC content
for learning, support, or training purposes.

1. Program Use
By using our programs, you agree that:

• Each licence is assigned to an individual user and may not be shared between people.
• Program materials are provided for personal or professional development as part of a purchased or approved licence, either:
  o Individually (e.g., by a support worker, parent or carer); or
  o Through an organisation (e.g., NDIS provider, community service, school).
• Providers or organisations may purchase multiple licences for their staff, but materials must not be copied or redistributed beyond those users.
• Program content must not be resold, rebranded, or shared externally without written permission from LSBC.

2. © Copyright & Intellectual Property
We want to protect the great work we’ve created:

• All content (videos, workbooks, slides, digital materials) remains the intellectual property of LSBC.
• You agree not to copy, rebrand, alter, or redistribute program materials.
• Permission must be requested in writing to use materials outside your direct support role.

3. Permitted Use
You may:

• Use the programs to support your own learning or the learning of individuals you support.
• Download worksheets or guides for individual use or within your team (as long as use remains within the licensed service or household).
• Incorporate LSBC strategies into your practice (e.g., in care plans, activity sessions), if materials are not published or distributed externally.

4. Confidentiality
I agree with:

• Keep login details private and secure.
• Not share downloads or saved files with others outside your licensed use.
• Respect the confidentiality of any case examples, stories, or shared content in the program.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• LSBC programs are designed for educational purposes and general life skills support.
• They are not a substitute for clinical, medical, or legal advice.
• You are responsible for applying the learning in line with NDIS standards, workplace policies, or personal boundaries.
  
  

6. Termination of Access
LSBC reserves the right to terminate access if:

• Program content is misused, copied, or distributed without approval.
• Confidentiality is breached.
• Agreement terms are not followed.

If access is revoked, all program materials must be deleted and no longer used.

7. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. I understand that LSBC retains copyright over all materials. I understand that non-compliance may result in immediate access removal and potential legal action for breach of copyright.
