1. License Types & Use
Parenting Program licences are available in the following formats: – Solo Licence – for use by one named parent/carer only.
Each licence is issued to a single individual and is non-transferable. The program must not be resold, shared externally, sublicensed, or distributed without prior written consent from Life Skills Better Connections.
Use beyond the scope of the purchased licence requires the purchase of additional licences.
2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All program content (including workbooks, downloads, and related resources) is the sole intellectual property of Life Skills Better Connections.
You may not copy, repurpose, rebrand, or distribute any material without written permission. Purchasers are not permitted to claim ownership or represent materials as their own.
3. Permitted Use
– Solo Licence – one named parent/carer. All use must be in line with the scope of the purchased licence.
4. Confidentiality
Program access links, downloads, and related content are confidential. They must not be shared outside the licensed user(s) or made publicly available in any format.
5. Term & Renewal
– Lifetime licence (one-time purchase).
6. Termination & Remedies
Life Skills Better Connections reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access if this agreement is breached.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. 8. Acknowledgement
By signing below, the buyer confirms understanding and acceptance of this agreement. Breach of these terms may result in access termination and legal action.
