This empowering program supports participants to explore their emotions, values, and behaviour in a safe, supportive environment. With a focus on self-regulation, confidence, and social connection, Program 3 helps participants better understand themselves and others—laying the foundation for lifelong emotional well-being.

Whether it’s managing stress, making friends, or learning to set healthy boundaries, participants develop practical strategies that help them grow and thrive at home, in the community, and within their relationships.

  • How to identify and express emotions
  • Coping skills for stress, anxiety, and big feelings
  • The importance of life balance (physical, mental, emotional, social)
  • Understanding morals, values, and personal choices
  • The role of manners, respect, and kindness in relationships
  • Setting boundaries and recognising healthy vs. unhealthy friendships
  • Bystander awareness and how to seek help or support
