You’ll explore practical strategies for managing stress, balancing the needs of all your children, and creating a supportive family culture. We’ll also cover how to navigate systems like the NDIS, connect with other families, and find the right local and online supports. By the end of this module, you’ll feel better equipped to speak up for your child’s needs while maintaining your own health and happiness.
To support you along the way, you’ll receive tools like a self-care planner, NDIS document checklist, peer support map, working parent schedule tipsheet, and a coping strategies workbook—plus resources to help you strengthen your voice and build your support network
