  • Module 2: Know the Basics – Professionalism, record-keeping, boundaries, confidentiality

 

  • Module 3: NDIS Mandatory Requirements – Essential compliance and training every worker must complete

 

  • Module 4: Privacy, Boundaries & Safety – Protecting participants and yourself with professional clarity

 

  • Module 5: Goal-Oriented Support – Connecting daily activities to NDIS goals and outcomes

 

  • Module 6:  Promoting Independence (Not Dependency) – Supporting capacity-building through the “Do With, Not For” approach

 

  • Module 7: Communication with Participants & Families – Building trust and empathy through effective communication

 

  • Module 8: Getting to Know Your Participant – Person-centred practice through understanding needs, preferences, and routines
