Understanding NDIS Support Worker Program Licensing & Use Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms under which Life Skills Better Connections (LSBC) grants a
licence to the Support Worker to access and complete LSBC Support Worker Programs for personal
and professional development.

1. Program Use
I acknowledge that:

• The programs are licensed for individual use only and are not to be shared, copied, or distributed.
• Access to program materials is provided for personal learning and development as part of LSBC’s
  Support Worker Training Series.
• I am not permitted to sell, share, transfer, or reproduce any materials from the program.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
I agree that:
All program content remains the copyright and intellectual property of LSBC.

• I will not copy, modify, reproduce, rebrand, or distribute any part of the content without LSBC’s
  prior written consent.
• LSBC retains all ownership, moral rights, and intellectual property in the materials.
• Any materials provided (including workbooks, videos, or digital files) are for my personal learning
  use only.

3. Permitted Use
I understand that I may:

• Access and complete the Support Worker Program modules for my own professional learning and
  growth.
• Apply the learning and strategies from the program in my work practice, provided they are used
  ethically and in line with NDIS standards.

4. Confidentiality
I agree to:

• Keep all program content and materials secure and private.
• Not share downloads, or copies of the material with others.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• LSBC provides program content designed to support professional learning. It does not replace
  formal qualifications, workplace training, or legal advice.
• LSBC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from interpretation of the program materials.
• The Support Worker is responsible for ensuring that all practices remain compliant with NDIS and
  workplace policies.

6. Termination of Access
LSBC reserves the right to terminate access if the Support Worker:

• Breaches copyright, confidentiality, or use terms; or
• Fails to comply with the Support Worker Program Licensing & Use Agreement.
  Upon termination, all materials must be deleted.

7. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this
Agreement. I understand that non-compliance may result in immediate access removal and
potential legal action for breach of copyright.
